NASHVILLE, Tenn.–Credit unions attending Velera’s THINK24 conference here were introduced to the team that’s been put in place by the newly merged company who are responsible for integrating many of the offerings and creating the company’s offerings moving forward.
Leading those efforts are:
- Cody Banks, SVP-product enablement and growth
- Pam Brodsack SVP-product and data technology delivery
- Amy Evans, SVP-strategic network solutions
- Jeremiah Lotz, SVP-product and data experience
- Scott Young, SVP-emerging services
- Denise Stevens, EVP-chief product officer
All took time during the meeting to offer a brief overview of what they are doing.
Stevens acted as host of the session and explained the company is focused on three areas:
Lens of Understanding
When it comes to which of the former PSCU/Co-op Solutions products are carried forward, Stevens said, “The way we approach evaluation is with the lens of understanding what the value of the product is. We have looked at 200 products and services. Many were duplicates. We wanted to pick the best of the best, with the sensitivity that when we make decisions we are likely going to create change, and understanding the rate and impact of that change to you has been important to us.”
Looking to Deliver
“We want sure we deliver on the commitments the two companies had separately before the combination each had roadmaps important to us that we deliver on those roadmaps,” Stevens said. “We have a lot of employees still focuses on our day to day business.”
Innovation
“Both organizations had great things in the pipeline that we were evaluating. We don’t want to stop that,” Stevens said. “We want to continue to make decisions around things that could be a part of our future.”
