Vantage West Breaks Ground On Major Addition

TUCSON, Ariz.–Vantage West Credit Union has broken ground on a 38,500-square-foot building that will accommodate present and future growth.

The new three-story office building will connect on the second floor to the current corporate headquarters on North Arcadia Avenue.  It includes a 10,000-square-foot technology center, two large training areas and expanded space for growth in business lending, Vantage West reported.

“This new building signals growth for us. It points to the opportunity for potential future employee growth and the ability to expand the services we are committed to offering our members,” said Robert D. Ramirez, Vantage West’s president and CEO. “In recent years, we’ve expanded in Tucson and into Maricopa and Pima Counties. This corporate expansion, will support that growth, while simultaneously stimulating the local economy.”

The new building was designed by Tucson-based Swaim Associates Architects, and will be built by BFL Construction. It is expected to be completed by the fall of 2017.
