Utah First Credit Union Acquires Naming Rights to Popular Amphitheater

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah— Utah First Credit Union has bought the naming rights to a popular outdoor venue in West Valley of Utah.

After over two decades of being known as the “USANA Amphitheatre,” the concert venue will now be known as the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre. Terms of the deal were not released.

The amphitheater can seat between 13,000 and 20,000 people in lawn seats, in addition to 7,000 reserved seats.

“I’m thrilled about this collaboration. Part of our mission at Utah First Credit Union is to be significant in the lives of our members and the broader community,” Utah First Credit Union CEO Darin B. Moody said in a statement. “The Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre is our way of showing up for the community in a big way to provide a place where people can come together to relax and build lasting memories.”

The West Valley concert venue has been known as the USANA Amphitheatre since it was built in 2003, according to ABC 4, which noted it has since been a popular attraction for visiting musicians, bands and artists during Utah’s summer months.

‘Sense of Togetherness’

Moody told ABC 4 the $974-million Utah First is looking forward to fostering a “sense of togetherness at the outdoor venue and the credit union is proud to play a role in creating a space for improvement, connection and enjoyment.”
