UnitedOne Selects Three FMSI Solutions To Improve Staffing Efficiencies

MANITOWOC, Wis.–UnitedOne Credit Union here has selected FMSI’s Omnix Staff Scheduler, Omnix Interactive Dashboard, and Omnix Performance Analytics solutions.

The $180-million credit union will use FMSI’s software to improve staffing efficiencies while maintaining great service at its locations, the credit union said.

FMSI’s Omnix Suite of Products addresses the concerns of today’s financial institutions: keeping down expenses while improving service levels and sales in the branches.  Through the collection and then preparation of front-line staff interaction data, FMSI’s system quickly empowers management teams with easy-to-read and actionable business intelligence, the company said.
