BOULDER CITY, Nev.–How real-time data can accelerate decision-making and how to create love and belonging for current and future members will be discussed during the upcoming Underground Virtual Collision.
The event, scheduled for July 15 and sponsored by Mitchell, Stankovic & Associates, will feature Shazia Manus, chief strategy and business development officer at AdvantEdge Analytics and CUNA Mutual Group, as well as Susan Mitchell, CEO of Mitchell, Stankovic and founder of the Underground.
“Business intelligence will be crucial as credit unions move through the phases of COVID-19 recovery and ongoing virtual transformation,” organizers of the event said, adding these are unprecedented times for credit unions and an equally unprecedented opportunity to affect members and communities by taking action.
Three Ideas
According to the Underground, the meeting will offer the opportunity to put three ideas into action, including:
-
Be Resilient in Your Outreach.
“COVID-19 heightened the awareness of inequalities in our community. Make outreach and utilization of smart data part of your ongoing strategy.” - Don't Wait for Your Members. “Be more proactive in determining needs of your members. If you wait for them to tell you it will be too late as they will have already moved on.”
- Assess & Accelerate. “Use the breadcrumbs of your member’s data to tell the story. Know who and how and then take steps. Start small but use the knowledge to lead rather than to follow.”
