PORTLAND, Ore.–USAgencies Credit Union in has named a new CEO. Effective Feb. 3, the $90-million USAgencies said Justin Olson will lead the organization.
Olson was previously with Trailhead Credit Union, also in Portland, where he served as the vice president of member services. He was responsible for ensuring his team delivered service to members in alignment with the credit union’s service promises and actions. At Trailhead, Olson grew the loan portfolio from $45 million in 2013 to $82 million in 2019.
Prior to working at Trailhead CU, Olson was the branch manager at TwinStar Credit Union in Lacey, Wash.
Olson holds a Bachelor of Science in business management with a minor in economics from Western Oregon University in Monmouth, Ore. He also holds a Business Lending certification from the CU Business Group and a Certified Lending Expert designation from the University of Lending and Advanced Lending Institute/ Lending Solutions Consulting, Inc.
