ALEXANDRIA, Va.—The NCUA board Thursday will vote on two proposed rules.
One rule addresses subordinated debt, while the other member expulsion in the federal credit union (FCU) bylaws. This proposal implements changes made by the Credit Union Governance Modernization Act (CUGMA).
The board will also receive a briefing on the Share Insurance Fund quarterly report.
