PHILADELPHIA–TruMark Financial CU here said it will merge in a tiny credit union.
The nearly $2-billion TruMark said it will take in the $771,818 Philadelphia Mint FCU via merger, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities.
The combination marks the 10th merger in the past 11 years for TruMark, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Philadelphia Mint FCU was formed in 1939, has just one employee, and 365 members.
