Two People Are Banned from Credit Unions

ALEXANDRIA, Va.–NCUA issued two prohibition notices in October, banning the two individuals from participating in the affairs of any federally insured financial institution.

Issued the two prohibition orders were:

  • Ashley Bagley, a former employee of Great Northwest Federal Credit Union in Aberdeen, Wash., who was sentenced on the charge of theft in the first degree.
  • Kevin Biederman, a former employee of Philadelphia Federal Credit Union, who was sentenced on the charges of conspiracy to commit money laundering and bank bribery.

NCUA reminded prohibition and administrative orders are searchable by name, institution, city, state, and year at the NCUA’s Administrative Orders webpage. The webpage also provides links to the enforcement actions of federal banking agencies against other institutions or their affiliated parties.
