ERIE, Penn.—Erie Federal Credit Union and 1st Choice Community FCU here said they plan to merge.
The merger has already been approved by the 1st Choice board and NCUA. When completed in April 2015, the combined institution will have 50,000 members and approximately $425 million in assets.
