Two Missouri Credit Unions In Merger

FENTON, Mo.—The $212-million Alliance Credit Union is absorbing via merger the $8.9-million 1st City Credit Union.

Alliance plans to convert 1st City’s branch in St. Louis into one of its branches. 1st City, formed in 1928 by and for the parishioners of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, has 1,400 members.
