COLUMBUS, Ohio–Two Ohio CUs have announced merger plans.
The $585-million Telhio Credit Union is absorbing the $6.8-million Grange Mutual Employees Credit Union.
The two CUs said the deal will give the 1,400 members of Grange Mutual expanded product offerings, such as mobile banking and bill payment, and access to mortgages, home-improvement loans and auto loans.
Telhio has about 55,000 members.
