BEAVER, Penn.–A small CU here has opted to merge. The $1.2-million Duq-Lite Employees FCU has merged into the $226-million West-Aircomm FCU.
Duq-Lite Employees FCU had just 336 members.
This merger became effective with the unanimous vote of approval from the Duq-Lite membership as well as the NCUA board, according to the Pennsylvania CU Association.
