Tracie Kenyon, Former CEO of Montana’s Credit Unions, Moves to New Role

ONTARIO, Calif.–Tracie Kenyon, the recently retired CEO of Montana’s Credit Unions, has joined Humanidei as executive development partner.

“In her role, Tracie will provide strategic consulting and executive coaching services. This will include coaching current and rising executives and providing strategic planning and leadership development training to boards of directors, executive teams, and entire organizations,” the company noted.

Humanidei added that Kenyon is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and holds a coaching certification through the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

During Kenyon’s tenure with Montana’s CU trade association, she also served as chair of the Filene Research Institute, treasurer of Western CUNA Management School, chair of the American Association of Credit Union Leagues, and was a member of the National Credit Union Foundation board.

In addition, during her career Kenyon worked at four credit unions and two leagues, including serving as senior vice president of dues-supported services for the Utah League of Credit Unions and overseeing the legislative efforts for Utah's credit unions during the effort to get the Credit Union Membership Access Act of 1998 (HR 1151) passed.

Kenyon’s additional education and certifications include a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western Oregon University, a master’s degree in professional communication from Westminster College, CAE (Certified Association Executive, American Society of Association Executives), CUDE (Credit Union Development Educator, National Credit Union Foundation).

She is married to Vocal Credit Union CEO Eddie Black, and has one daughter, Kylie Bea, who is a recent graduate of the University of Montana and a credit union employee.
