TAMPA, Fla. –Tim Tebow, who won the Heisman Trophy while playing quarterback for the Florida Gators, will be the special guest and keynote speaker at the inaugural CMN Night of Miracles Gala, benefiting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
The event is to be held Nov. 13 at the Tampa Museum of Art, according to the League of Southeastern Credit Unions (LSCU) and Credit Unions for Kids.
“The Night of Miracles Gala promises to be an unforgettable evening, featuring a formal gala, a silent and live auction, and a night to honor our miracle child, Maya,” the organizations said. “In addition to hearing from Tebow, attendees will have the chance to bid on autographed memorabilia and unique experiences in the auction, have an incredible dining experience on the riverfront, listen to live music, all while enjoying an evening at one of Tampa's premier venues.”
Funds raised will assist families from 14 local CMN Hospitals in eliminating pediatric healthcare medical debt.
‘Profound Impact’
“This event is an incredible opportunity for us to unite and support children like Maya, our inspiring miracle child, whose family is bravely facing significant medical challenges,” Denelle Miller, president and CEO of FiCare FCU and chair of the CMN Night of Miracles Gala said in a statement. “Together, we have the power to make a profound impact on Maya’s life and the lives of countless other children. I’m thrilled to witness how our collective efforts can create real miracles and provide the vital financial relief these families so desperately need.”
