APPLETON, Wis.—Thrivent Federal Credit Union said it will convert to Fiserv’s DNA account processing solution, and will also add a number of add-on solutions.
The $483-million TFCU has 46,000 members. Thrivent FCU, the former Thrivent Financial Bank, converted its charter in 2012, one of the few to ever make that conversion. In part due to that rare conversion, the credit unions said it was seeing a new technology platform that would allow it to offer “charter-specific” services, such as shared branching. Thrivent plans to incorporate additional Fiserv offerings, including the Nautilus enterprise content management, the Prologue accounting suite and the CRM and Business Intelligence suite for DNA. The credit union developed its own apps using the DNAcreator toolset or downloaded DNAapps created by others from the DNAappstore.
