TRAVERSE CITY, Mich.––4Front Credit Union said it continues to expand across Northern Michigan with the addition of three new branches.
Branches will be opening later this year in Muskegon, Holland and Zeeland. All three are existing buildings that previously housed other financial institutions. The buildings will be renovated to reflect 4Front’s current “branch of the future member experience,” the $896-million credit union stated.
“We refer to them as the branches of the future because they will feature our VideoTeller system not only in the drive-thru lanes but also inside the branches,” said 4Front CEO Andy Kempf. “Member-facing technology has always been a top priority for 4Front as we continuously strive to provide a convenient and personalized member experience.”
Staff will be housed on site to assist any of the CU’s 95,000 members with needs beyond VideoTeller capabilities.
“Not only are we able to provide superior financial services to our members, whether it be in person or on screen, we also take great pride in helping the communities they live, work, and worship in,” said Kempf. “We’re the financial institution members can count on for smart and simple banking but we’re also the trusted neighbor that will invest time and dollars back into the community far beyond banking.”
