NASHVILLE, Tenn. —The Tennessee Credit Union has announced a new name and branding.
The 72-year-old credit union is now Ten Credit Union (TENCU), a move it says signifies its “esteemed legacy while ushering in a new era of innovative member experiences.”
According to the $432.7-million TENCU, the name change accompanies a “reimagination” of its digital footprint.
“We are excited to unveil significant enhancements, including launching our new website with a user-friendly interface for seamless financial management,” the credit union said. “Concurrently, our state-of-the-art online banking platform, prioritizing convenience and security, is now live. This platform offers a range of features and tools to empower your financial journey. An exciting addition is our video banking service, providing face-to-face connections with our experts from the comfort of your home or office, offering convenience and personalized assistance.”
