ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.— PSCU has announced the final keynote speaker and participants in its Credit Union Executive Panel at Member Forum 2023, scheduled for April 3-5 in Tampa.
The CUSO said Molly Fletcher, a pioneering female sports agent hailed as the “female Jerry Maguire” by CNN, has joined the lineup of keynote speakers at its Member Forum 2023.
“During her almost two-decade career and as president of CSE, Fletcher negotiated more than $500 million in contracts and represented over 300 of sports' biggest names, including Hall of Fame pitcher John Smoltz, PGA Tour golfer Matt Kuchar, broadcaster Erin Andrews and basketball championship coaches Tom Izzo and Doc Rivers,” PSCU said.
Fletcher is an author of five books, founder and host of the Game Changers with Molly Fletcher podcast and founder of The Molly Fletcher Company, where she helps leaders transform workplace complacency.
Members of Panel
In addition, PSCU said it has also finalized the lineup for its Credit Union Executive Panel, which will be moderated by financial services veteran Mark Sievewright, founder of Sievewright & Associates, an SRM Company.
Participants include:
- Christine Blake, president and CEO of Cardinal Credit Union in Mentor, Ohio, which holds over $250 million in assets and serves over 20,000 members. “She has more than 25 years of banking and financial experience. Appointed by the governor of Ohio, Blake also served as the Ohio Credit Union League chair, where she supported more than 300 credit unions as an advocate for regulatory change and a steward for educational and professional development.” Blake currently serves on the PSCU board.
- Kelly Botti, CEO of TruMark Financial Credit Union in Fort Washington, Penn., which has more than $2.9 billion in assets and serves over 135,700 members. Botti has over a decade of experience in banking and senior leadership, previously serving as senior vice president, chief risk officer and corporate counsel for the credit union, where she focused on facilitating the credit union’s strategic planning process and plan execution, PSCU said. She serves on the NASCUS’ Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee, as well as the organization’s Inter-State Credit Union Task Force.
- Tansley Stearns, president and CEO of the $1.5-billion Community Financial Credit Union in Plymouth, Mich. “Tansley’s acumen is shaped by over 25 years of credit union leadership experience, including roles leading strategy, innovation, talent, experiential activations and government relations, PSCU said. Before her tenure with Community Financial CU, Tansley was COO at Canvas Credit Union in Colorado and prior to that the chief impact officer at Filene Research Institute.
Record Breakout Sessions
Finally, PSCU said its Member Forum 2023 will feature a record 20 breakout sessions that are “designed to provide attendees with timely insights and thought leadership from industry experts on trending topics, sessions will focus on subjects ranging from faster payments to connected experiences, digital lending, the metaverse, fraud management and more.”
“We are extremely pleased to welcome these speakers to the agenda for Member Forum 2023, and know that their impressive backgrounds and diverse opinions will be valuable additions to our already remarkable lineup,” said Dean Young, EVP, chief experience officer at PSCU. “Aptly themed ’Inspire What’s Next,’ we hope this year’s event will encourage attendees to share ideas, insights and unforgettable experiences, while also focusing on the future of their credit union, their members and our industry. We look forward to seeing everyone in Tampa Bay.”
Additional Speakers
Previously announced keynote speakers for Member Forum 2023 include innovation strategist and Future of Work expert Lital Marom and Visa’s North America Group President Kimberly Lawson, as well as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) panel featuring Tampa Mayor Jane Castor, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Owner Darcie Glazer Kassewitz and Thaddeus M.
