CLINTON, S.C.–The $1.9-billion Founders Federal Credit Union said it is absorbing via merger Clinton Federal Credit Union.
The $6.5-million Clinton FCU has 1,193 members, according to its most recent 5300.
The Clinton branch has now become a branch of Founders Federal, which has 26 branches across South Carolina and North Carolina.
All employees of Clinton Federal Credit Union are now employees of Founders FCU.
