Telco Plus Credit Union Names New CEO

LONGVIEW, Texas–Telco Plus Credit Union has named a new CEO. Effective June 11, the $65-million TPCU said Randall Pearson will lead the organization.

Pearson’s credit union experience and expertise in leadership, along with his passion for team building and driving results through strategic planning, will help Telco Plus continue to provide exceptional service to its members, the credit union said in a statement.

Pearson previously worked for Pyramid Federal Credit Union in Tucson, Ariz., where he served as vice president. Among his accomplishments, he drove a core system conversion that saved more than $50,000 in conversion costs by generating the data sets in house, Telco Plus said.

Pearson holds an MBA with emphasis in organizational development from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, Colo., and a Bachelor of Science in business management from Montana State University in Bozeman, Mont.
