Technology Council Releases White Paper

MADISON, Wis.—The CUNA Technology Council has published a new white paper to assist credit unions in the development of their omni-channel strategies.

Experts have been emphasizing the importance of FIs focusing on the omni-channel experience—delivering the same user experience across all delivery channels. The CUNA Technology Council said the challenge here lies in meeting members’ expectations with financial transactions—whether mobile, online, ATM, call center, or in-branch—and making them streamlined and effortless.

The white paper addresses:

  • The benefits related to rolling out a true omni-channel platform
  • How to ensure channel integration that results in zero drop rates
