LAKE JACKSON, Texas–TDECU had a reward for its employees after it hit an asset size milestone.
The credit union recently passed $3 billion in total assets, and said it “wanted to do something special for (its) dedicated employees who played vital roles in helping them reach this milestone, and did so with special appreciation touchpoints over the summer.”
TDECU reported that employee-focused events encompassed the delivery of special “Funday Friday” treats – including a fully stocked candy jar and Bluetooth speakers for each employee – emblazoned with the TDECU celebratory “$3 Billion” logo.
Team members also had the chance to win additional gear like TDECU-branded duffle bags, golf umbrellas and more by participating in weekly interactive, online scavenger hunts.
“The celebration represents one more way the credit union is focused on improving lives for the members, employees and communities they serve,” the credit union said.
