LAKE JACKSON – TDECU said it has completed its merger with Dallas-based Texas Catholic Community Credit Union.
The merger is part of TDECU’s plans for expansion into the Dallas/Fort Worth market.

Texas Catholic had $33-million in assets and more than 7,000 members. The $2.5-billion TDECU has more than 200,000 members.
