WAKEFIELD, Mass. ― T.K.Keith Company, Inc., the parent company of Primax and Odyssey Merchant Services, is marking its 35th anniversary.
“T.K.Keith Company was founded on September 25, 1980 by Theodore Keith, Sr. and Mary B. Keith to provide management services to New England Bankcard Association and its New England-based member banks”, said Ted Keith, Jr., current president and CEO.
From those beginnings, the company grew to provide a wide range of card issuing and merchant acquiring services to banks, credit unions, private label issuers and retail businesses throughout the U.S. and into the Caribbean and Canada.

Today, the company has two operating business units: Primax, which provides card issuing and merchant acquiring services to banks, credit unions, private label issuers; and Odyssey Merchant Services, which is a merchant services organization providing payment acceptance services to financial institutions and businesses.
