LOMBARD, Ill.—To help credit unions better understand what members are dealing with during the COVID-19 pandemic, Raddon, a Fiserv company, surveyed more than 100,000 credit union members about their concerns and what they need from their financial institutions.
The company is holding a free one-hour webinar July 19 at 2 ET, during which Raddon experts will share their findings, including best practices and successes. The survey encompassed more than 80 credit unions from across the country and included a full range of geographic regions, demographics and asset sizes.
