NEW YORK—A new survey has found that COVID-19 added pressure to a lot of households’ personal finances.
In fact, more than three-quarters of respondents admitted to making a late credit card payment during the pandemic, or missing a payment entirely, Forbes reported.
Meanwhile, the study, conducted by OnePoll for Forbes, further found many consumers aren’t familiar with the perks included on their specific card.
According to the survey, just 29% of cardholders strongly agree that they understand their card benefits. And 40% of cardholders are dissatisfied by interest rates according to this survey, making it the top source of frustration when it comes to credit cards, Forbes said.
