Summit CU Acquires Naming Rights to ‘Fifth Quarter Patio’ at Football Stadium

MADISON, Wis. – Summit Credit Union has obtained naming rights to an endzone space in the University of Wisconsin’s newly renovated Camp Randall Stadium to be known as the “Summit Credit Union Fifth Quarter Patio.”

In addition to Badger football fans, the south endzone space will also be available to those planning a variety of other events.

“Camp Randall has a tradition as a gathering place in Wisconsin, epitomizing the Wisconsin idea that promotes bringing people together in many ways,” said Summit CU President and CEO Kim Sponem. “It’s exciting to see the expansion of opportunities to experience Camp Randall to all comers by offering a venue for weddings, business meetings, and social events---in addition to an awesome place to be part of Jump Around.”

All 375 Badger Football season tickets for the new south end zone patio seats have been sold, according to the UW athletic department.

Multiple Bars & Concessions

The newly renovated space features multiple bars and private concessions, and the historic UW Field House serves as the backdrop. The Champions Club seats are nearly sold out, and the overall space brings the outdoor tailgate experience into Camp Randall, the organizations said.

The $5.2-billion Summit Credit Union has more than 229,000 members.
