OGDENSBURG, N.Y.–St. Lawrence FCU here has selected Cummins Allison to provide it with ATMs with deposit functionality and Money Machine 2 coin machines in its branches.
Mt. Prospect, Ill.-based Cummins Allison said the investments in the member-centric technologies will allow St. Lawrence FCU to differentiate its offerings and increase visits to its branches, providing an opportunity for branch personnel to discuss other value-added services with members.
“We strive to make the member experience the center of everything we do, and we do everything we can for our members,” said Tim Felt, chief operations officer for St. Lawrence. “It’s our major goal.”
Branch Transformation
According to Cummins Allison, starting in 2014, St. Lawrence embarked on a branch transformation journey that included investing in upgrading and expanding its physical infrastructure and services to better serve members.
“With the installation of a new branch and new products and services, we’ve seen significant growth, topping 250 members last year,” Felt stated. “We expect to top that again this year.”
“Updated branch solutions from Cummins Allison, such as deposit-enabled ATMs and self-service coin machines, have resulted in positive changes for St. Lawrence – and for members,” the company said. “The changes have provided new value-added services for members, and increased profitability for the credit union.”
“We are pleased to assist in St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union’s branch transformation strategy,” said Bob Gibson, vice president, branch operations, Cummins Allison. “The credit union has made great strides in providing its members with new options to conduct their banking needs, and new services to make their time in the branch more valuable.”
