YAKIMA, Wash.–Solarity Credit Union has launched a sophisticated new mobile-friendly website.
The $641-million credit union said the site will act as a “powerful internet based visual brand ambassador and digital guide to better understand, anticipate and guide digital members.”
“We’re living in an age where the digital landscape offers new and exciting ways for people to redefine convenience,” said, Chad Ritchie, CIO at Solarity, in a statement. “To ensure we meet and exceed these rising expectations, we’ve completely redesigned our website, optimized it for mobile devices, and engineered it to create extraordinary experiences for all of our visitors.”
On the new website, Solarity said it has mindfully devoted an equal amount of space to focus on the areas that are most important: community, careers and products/services.
“Putting equal focus is a unique move for a financial institution to care about placing so much emphasis on all of these sectors,” the credit union said.
“As we continue to grow and meet the needs of our community, our core values for our members and teams will remain at the center of our culture and hiring decisions,” stated Solarity CU’s CEO, Mina Worthington, in a statement. “No level of education or experience can make up for an alignment with these important values.”
According to the credit union, the objective was to develop a website that is constantly evolving, improving, measuring, and engaging to become like a living organism. Features added to the new website from Solarity include:

- Advanced mapping access to find over 23,000+ ATM’s in the nationwide network.
