‘Small-Minded Banking’ Campaign Launched by First Commonwealth

ALLENTOWN, Penn.–First Commonwealth FCU has launched a “Small-Minded Banking” campaign.

According to the credit union, the initiative aims to redefine the concept of being "small-minded in a positive context,” and highlights its commitment to personalized banking and exceptional value for its members.

“Unlike for-profit financial institutions that prioritize profits and stockholder interests, First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union takes pride in its singular focus on bolstering members' economic resilience,” the credit union said.

It added that by channeling all resources and efforts toward guiding members to stability and success, it is committed to a more personal approach to banking.

The ‘Foundation’ of Campaign

"We are proud to introduce our Small-Minded Banking campaign, which reflects our commitment to providing exceptional value and service to our members," Chief Strategy Officer John E. Melcher said in a statement.  "Our member's needs and goals are the foundation on which our organization stands, which is why we prioritize supporting them above all else."
