EDWARDS, Calif.–Six more positions have been added to CUToday.info’s free job board, the Gig, including two CUs seeking new leadership at the very top.
In Edwards, Calif., Edwards FCU is looking for a new AVP of Accounting/Finance. “It’s an exciting time at Edwards as we grow and expand. Just nine months ago we opened the doors at our new flagship branch and administration building in Palmdale and it is already the talk of the town,” the credit union said.
In Elkton, Md., Thiokol Elkton FCU is seeking a new president. “This individual will guide the credit union and its small team to growth through visionary and inspiring ideas,” according to the credit union. “…The ideal President will be a visionary leader, a strong communicator who can engage effectively with multiple stakeholders, and a financial services expert that is well-versed in all operations of a credit union.”
In Plymouth, Mich., the $1.2-billion Community Financial CU is looking for a candidate to become its next president/CEO.

Other credit unions that have added job openings to the Gig include Cy-Fair FCU in Houston, which is seeking a VP-lending, Greylock FCU in Pittsfield, Mass., which is seeking a senior VP/CIO, and SMW 104 FCU in San Leandro, Calif., which is looking for a new director of digital channel opportunity.
Additional Openings
In Michigan, The $360-million Royal Oak Credit Union is seeking a new president and CEO. The credit union said it is seeking a leader who is a “collaborative and engaging mentor who inspires others to accomplish more than they imagined possible” and who will be a “future-focused CEO who will align a team around a vision of being Michigan’s best place to work and best place to bank.”
In New Jersey, North Jersey FCU is looking for a chief financial officer who will be a “key member of the executive management team providing strategic leadership and astute financial management.”
Other recent positions added to The Gig include vice president-technology security and innovation, chief experience officer, chief lending officer and community and marketing coordinator. More than two-dozen other positions are also seeking the right candidate.
The job openings range from the East Coast to the West, are from credit unions across the spectrum of assets sizes.
