ALEXANDRIA, Va.–NCUA has assessed civil money penalties against six credit unions for being late in filing their year-end 2018 call reports.
The agency said the assessments, which totaled $5,073, are based on the credit union’s asset size, its history of filing call reports on time, and the length of the filing delay.
The six credit unions fined for late filing were:
- Port Conneaut FCU, Conneaut, Ohio, $2,665
- CENCAP FCU, Hartford, Conn., $791
- PATH FCU, Jersey City, N.J., $633
- Good Counsel FCU, Brooklyn, N.Y., $469
- Denocos FCU, Crescent City, Calif., $359
- Valley Board FCU, Harpers Ferry, W.Va., $156
