UNION TOWNSHIP, Ohio–Sharefax Credit Union here has announced plans to build a new headquarters building. The CU said it will build a new four-story, 33,282-square-foot building to include its main office and a retail branch in the Ivy Pointe Commerce Park.
The credit union bought the property consisting of nearly eight acres of vacant commercial land for $1.8 million three years ago, local media reported. The building will have 118 parking spaces and located next to the new Mercy Health Eastgate Medical Center.
The $393-million Sharefax Credit Union has five branches and approximately 31,700 members.
