LAS VEGAS–Sex is a titillating subject, and it is something many people have trouble talking about, but it has “surprising connections to leadership,” according to the latest edition of the Strategic Hotbox.
Dr. Brandi Luv Stankovic, an organizational change consultant, says human sexuality is closely related to mental health and wellness. “Many companies have recognized their employee wellness campaigns should include mental wellness,” she noted.
In the newest installment of her podcast, the Strategic Hotbox with Brandi Stankovic, with which CUToday.info has partnered, Episode 20 is titled, “Leadership and Sex,” Stankovic tells viewers confidence is a powerful part of leadership and the mental health journey.
“We do not have people supporting one another as much as we should,” she said. “The hurt and pain that happens in many organizations starts as mental angst or stress.”
