‘Peace of Mind’
"Our ability to succeed as a catalyst for positive change starts with our amazing employees,” said CEO Tricia Szurgot. “And as a not-for-profit financial institution whose purpose is to help others, we recognize the importance of supporting our valued employees in achieving financial security and peace of mind.
“We know that financial health is a critical component to overall happiness and an individual’s ability to thrive. By supporting our employees in ways that matter both professionally and personally, we’re creating a culture of empowerment and sense of community where everyone can be their best,” Szurgot continued. “We’re so proud of our amazing team and this is just one small way we’re recognizing their efforts and demonstrating our strategic commitment to financial health.”
