SEOUL, South Korea—In a move to gain greater share of the mobile payments market, Samsung said it is making it simpler for consumers to access Samsung Pay.
Samsung reported that it will be pre-installing Samsung Pay on almost every single Samsung smartphone released in 2017.
Business Korea reported that, Samsung is also looking to put Samsung Pay on devices from other OEMs. The company is reportedly looking to release “Samsung Pay Mini,” which would be available for most other smartphones and would target online payments.
