SAN ANTONIO–SWBC will host a webinar titled “How to Create a Learning Culture that Increases Employee Productivity and Retention” on Sept. 16.
“Fostering a strong learning culture can have a significant impact on organizations: higher retention rates, better job satisfaction, increased productivity, and greater overall employee morale,” said SWBC. “The greatest tangible asset organizations have is typically their personnel, and as leaders there’s an innate responsibility to help grow and develop our staff – both for the benefit of the organization and the individual.
“Many organizations struggle with how to start an employee training program, or how to make continued advances in their existing program, or how to influence decision makers to invest time, money, and resources into rebuilding a strong learning culture,” SWBC continued. “And, often times, it’s because the payoff seems non-measurable.”
Urging credit unions not to underestimate the power of a robust employee training and development program, SWBC said the webinar will offer insights into:

- Small things to do to make a big impact
