ARLINGTON, Va.—Small Business Administration Administrator Isabella Casillas Guzman is the latest speaker to be added to NAFCU’s Congressional Caucus speaker lineup, the trade association reported.
In addition to Guzman, NAFCU said credit unions will hear from Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-NC), and administration leaders from the NCUA and Federal Housing Finance Agency.
Political advisor and best-selling author James Carville will also join the meeting as a keynoter during a special Q&A with NAFCU President and CEO Dan Berger.
Credit unions will also have the opportunity to attend meetings with lawmakers during the event.
Congressional Caucus will be held in a hybrid format, both in-person and virtually, from Sept. 12-15. Registration for the event is currently available online; the full agenda will be made available here.
