EAU CLAIRE, Wis.–The 180,000-member Royal Credit Union said it has expanded its field of membership in Minnesota and Wisconsin to include seven additional counties.
The credit union is now open to residents who live, work or attend school in Isanti, Pine, Sherburne and Wright counties in Minnesota and Ashland, Bayfield and Douglas counties in Wisconsin. Immediate family members of these residents are also eligible for Royal membership regardless of where they live.
The expansion was approved by Minnesota’s Department of Commerce, Wisconsin’s Department of Financial Institutions and Royal’s board of directors in May.
Royal said it serves 26 counties in Wisconsin and 16 counties in Minnesota.
