TEMPLE, Texas—A masked man fired several rounds from an assault rifle into the ceiling of an office of Temple Santa Fe Credit Union here as he robbed the branch.
The robber, wearing dark clothing and carrying an AK-47, escaped with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was injured, KWTX reported.
The crook sped off in a silver Dodge Ram pickup.
