GRESHAM, Ore.—Rivermark Community Credit Union has opened a new branch here that is heavy on technology, including interactive tellers who are available via video-conferencing at ATM-like kiosks, and a new “technology bar” that includes a selection of devices preloaded with Rivermark’s online banking apps.
The new office also features an 11-foot-long “digital wall,” an interactive screen that can be seen from the street and which features technology tips, community news, product and service highlights, and more. There is also a standard transaction area.
