WYOMISSING, Penn.–Riverfront FCU said it will be marking its 75th anniversary throughout 2023.
The credit union said it intends to perform “75 Gestures of Goodwill” throughout the year to benefit individuals and other non-profit service organizations in the Berks county area.
“Riverfront has always been active in the community, whether it’s encouraging employees to volunteer and support local causes important to them or sponsoring a youth baseball team, purchasing pool memberships for local kids, or donating holiday wreaths or warm socks to senior living facilities,” the credit union said. "The goal of its “75 Gestures of Goodwell” campaign is to fulfill the less obvious types of wishes which often go unnoticed.”
The CU said the campaign is a way to say thank you to its communities.
The $277-million Riverfront FCU was founded in 1948 as the RDG Reading Federal Credit Union
