MIAMISBURG, Ohio–River Valley Credit Union has named a new president and CEO to succeed the retiring John Bowen, who is retiring after 29 years on May 1.
The $465.8-million RVCU has named Lee Spivey to lead the organization.
Spivey has more than 35 years in credit unions and most recently served as SVP and CFO with River Valley.
“Lee Spivey’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for River Valley Credit Union,” Chairman Dan Gorman said in a statement. “With his extensive experience and proven leadership in the credit union industry, we are confident in his ability to lead us into the future.”
River Valley has more than 30,000 members across six counties in Ohio.
