WASHINGTON–Registration is now open for CU FinHealth21!, the conference aimed at building financial health and consumer well-being that is sponsored by the National Credit Union Foundation.
According to the Foundation, now in its 5th year, CU FinHealth has grown into the “premier credit union conference for financial health and consumer well-being. This year's event will build on the goal to help credit unions understand the finhealth needs of their members and communities and explore opportunities to help them be successful and lead financially healthy lives,” the Foundation said.
The meeting is scheduled for April 21-23.
The NCUF said the meeting will discuss multi-sector solutions to address the drivers of financial well-being and health, will foster learning from each other’s efforts, will explore strategies for engaging new partners, and will leverage technology to “truly improve our members’, employees’ and communities’ financial well-being.”
Critical Learnings
The NCUF said by the end of the three-day conference participants will:
- Understand the benefit of making financial health the heart of the credit union's strategy for your employees, members, and communities.
- Understand the drivers of financial well-being and health including how physical health, wealth, and place are inextricably linked.
- Be armed with at least three ideas that they can take home and implement in their credit union to bring strategic focus to improving their members' financial health.
The conference is being jointly presented with the Cornerstone Foundation and the California and Nevada CU Leagues, with Mastercard as the presenting sponsor.
