EL PASO, Texas–Raiz FCU said it has released a “leading-edge digital banking platform” that enhances the user experience.
“In addition to the platform’s easy-to-use account management, and sleek design, Raiz members can benefit from the integrated financial wellness tools that allow them to track progress on saving goals, monitor spending, view credit scores, fight fraud with card management, integrate external accounts, and receive the answers they need with an on-the-go virtual financial assistant named Archie,” the credit union said.
The system upgrade took 18 months.
‘Unwavering Dedication’
"Our team's unwavering dedication to excellence and our members' financial well-being has been truly inspiring,” said President and CEO Max Villaronga. “This milestone marks a significant step forward in our journey to provide top-notch financial services, and I couldn't be prouder of our team's collective effort. The new digital banking platform is a testament to our shared vision of empowering our members to achieve their goals with confidence."
Additional Support
In support of the new functionality and interrace, Raiz said that through August 18 its support services via online chat and phone will be available with extended hours from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with Saturday support hours remaining the same from 9:30 am until 12:30 pm.
