BROOMFIELD, Colo.–Premier Members Credit Union said it has expanded its field of membership to include Summit, Eagle, Grand and Clear Creek counties in Colorado following approval by the Colorado Financial Services Board.
The FOM is open to anyone who lives or works within those counties.
“Our goal is to grow our membership base and make it easier for individuals who live or work within these counties to enjoy the benefits of banking with Premier Members Credit Union,” said Jason Bauer, chief marketing officer. “An example is our Lucky 7s Certificates, 2.67% APY 7 month-term/3.17% APR 17-month term or 3.37% APY* 27-month term.”
90% of State Eligible
The approved new counties represent approximately 11,000 additional Coloradoans that are now eligible to join, the credit union said, adding that in total more than 5.24 million of the 5.81 million population of Colorado, or 90.2%, is eligible to join.
The $1.7-billion credit union has more than 77,000 members.
