PLEASANTON, Calif. – Patelco Credit Union has launched a new website it said is designed to focus on member needs within the context of their respective personal financial goals and wellbeing.
Patelco added the responsive, unified website offers the same user experience on mobile or desktop, tying together Patelco’s suite of personal finance tools to provide members a single online view to efficiently manage personal finances.
“The needs-based user experience of the new Patelco.org is a massive step forward in providing our members the necessary tools and expertise required to attain personal financial health and wellbeing,” said Patelco’s President and CEO, Erin Mendez. “Instead of simply focusing on the latest products and rates, the new site recognizes personal finance as a journey, providing a guided experience depending on a person’s financial goals, be it buying a house, building emergency savings or investing for retirement.”
Patelco said that depending on the needs of the member, visitors can choose a guided experience tied back to a specific financial goal the individual member inputs to the website, such as saving for college or buying a car.
“Each of these guides includes additional content about relevant products and services, including simple and more complex financial calculators, and readily available contact details to talk or text chat with a member service representative at any moment,” Patelco said.
