AUSTIN, Texas–Another unique feature that will drive even more value back to attendees has been added to the agenda of the CUTomorrow Conference.
The “ROI: Roundtables of Innovation” discussions will enable attendees to essentially crowdsource improvements to products, services or even processes at their credit union.
Designed to tap the cooperative underpinnings of credit unions and the very reason the CU Tomorrow Conference has been organized, attendees will be asked prior to the meeting’s opening to provide a product, service or process/issue within their credit union where they believe improvement is needed or a problem needs to be resolved.
CU Tomorrow Conference organizers will then gather those products, services and processes/issues and prepare them for distribution during the “ROI: Roundtables of Innovation” session. Each roundtable will have approximately five minutes with an idea to record the input and suggestions from the table, before it is passed onto the next roundtable for its input and suggestions.
Using this process, attendees will be able to tap the collective brainpower and experiences of their fellow attendees to create real-life resolutions, process improvements and income drivers within their own credit unions.
The CUToday.info editorial team will collect the assembled wisdom and input from conference attendees, compile it and then make it available to attendees.
The session will be led by Dr. James This, who has extensive experience in change implementation and leadership.
This quick-moving, lively and hands-on/brains-on session will take place on day two of the CU Tomorrow Conference, which is scheduled for Sept. 9-11.
Thanks to sponsorship and support from CU*Answers, CUNA Mutual AdvantEdge Analytics, Catalyst Corporate, Harland Clarke, VolCorp, James L. This & Associates, Your Marketing Co., Emery Financial Group and CUToday.info, the conference is priced at just $499. Registration and more information is available at cutomorrow.info. (Please note: Because this is an inaugural event, the number of attendees is limited, and a sell-out is expected.) Austin was selected because it is centrally located and is served by a discount air carrier.
