LOUISVILLE, Ky.–Park Community Credit Union has named a new president and CEO.
The $1.36-billion PCCU has selected Jana Erny to lead the organization, succeeding the retiring Jim Spradlin, who will step down on Dec. 4.
Erny is currently chief member experience officer with the $2.1-billion Potlatch No. 1 Financial Credit Union, which operates as P1FCU, in Lewiston, Idaho, where she has served since early 2022.
Prior to that, Erny served as SVP-retail experience, lending and operations at Numerica Credit Union, and prior to that held positions with Montana Analytics, AmericanWest Bank and Washington Trust Bank, according to her LinkedIn profile.
‘Excited to Serve’
"It is an honor to be named as the next president and CEO of Park Community Credit Union,” said Erny in a statement. “I am excited to serve alongside a talented board and credit union team. I am committed to amplifying the credit union's legacy of excellence and people-first culture while evolving into the future. Together, we will continue to prioritize the financial well-being of our members and build strong partnerships in the communities we serve."
Spradlin will retire effective Dec. 4 after 29 years with the credit union, the last 13 as president/CEO.
The search was handled by Shanley Search Partners, which reported there were more than 500 candidates for the position.
